Remote assistance remote connection
Remote assistance must be set up in service mode for you to be able to keep the remote connection always on.
For service mode installation, you need to create a new company registration at http://login.deskgate.com/business.aspx.
After creating your company registration, click the "Setup File" in the menus on the left of the panel.
In the screen that appears, create a new setup file from the "Service Installation" menu.
