Passive minutes can require context about duties away from the computer and collection coverage.Select the group and periodUse the Activities report to review daily active and passive minutes for the relevant group and users. Confirm From, To and Active users, then apply the filters. Page size changes the visible result count; it does not redefine the selected period.Interpret activity rather than rank peopleThe Activities report considers 1,440 minutes from 00:00 to 24:00 and does not contain PC power-on or power-off information. Device interaction is not equivalent to hours worked. Meetings, different roles and missing collection can affect comparisons.Verify a sample before exportCheck one known user and date. Investigate differences in collection coverage before making a group comparison. Use Download PDF after verifying the scope; do not assume that a legacy Top 10 chart or Excel control exists in this interface.
